Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
Pour in Malibu Original and pineapple juice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge

OUR TOP TIPS FOR CREATING THE PERFECT MALIBU & PINEAPPLE JUICE

1. Chill Your Glass

For an extra touch of refreshment, we like to chill our highball glass for about 10-15 mins before serving. This keeps the cocktail cooler for longer.

2. Make Fresh Juice

We find that using fresh pineapple juice makes all the difference. It’s easy to make at home using an electric juicer and the natural sweetness and vibrant flavors enhance the tropical taste. If you’re using store-bought juice, make sure you check the sugar levels as different brands have different sweetness.

3. Perfect Your Ratio

Balancing the Malibu and Pineapple juice is key. We recommend starting with the recipe and then adjust the amount of juice to suit your taste.

4. Garnish for Flair

Adding a wedge of pineapple is the signature garnish for this drink, but we also like to add a slice of orange and a mint spring on top as a finishing touch. You can also use a cherry, if you don’t have any of the other ingredients.

While the classic is our favorite, we enjoy experimenting with variations like adding a splash of cranberry juice or using Malibu Pineapple for a unique twist.
