Terms and Conditions for Malibu Scratch & Win

1. Promoter
The promoter is Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG (“Promoter”). Please do not send correspondence to this address.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agencies, participating venues and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded.

3. Promotional Availability
Scratch cards are available at participating on‑trade venues only, while stocks last. Each participating venue will receive a limited allocation of scratch cards. Availability is not guaranteed.

4. How to Participate
To participate, eligible consumers must purchase a Malibu drink at a participating venue during the promotional period. A scratch card will be provided with the qualifying purchase, subject to availability. Participants must scratch the panel on the scratch card to reveal whether they have won a prize. Each scratch card represents one chance to win and will reveal one prize or no prize.

5. Prizes
Prizes available to be won include:

One (1) Malibu alcoholic drink;
Malibu branded merchandise (including but not limited to a Malibu hat, bucket hat or cap);
One (1) £25 Deliveroo voucher.

The prize won will be clearly stated on the scratch card.

6. Prize Conditions

Alcohol prizes must be redeemed and consumed at the participating venue where the scratch card was obtained, subject to licensing laws and availability.
Valid proof of age may be required.
Malibu branded merchandise prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged.
£25 Deliveroo vouchers are subject to Deliveroo’s own terms and conditions and expiry dates.
Deliveroo vouchers cannot be redeemed at the participating venue where the scratch card was obtained, whether for delivery or collection.

7. General Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable and no cash or other alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

8. Limitations and Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for scratch cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, altered or illegible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents and participating venues accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a participant as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting any prize, except where caused by negligence or breach of statutory duty.

9. Fraud and Misuse
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or disqualify a participant if it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or misconduct in relation to the promotion.

10. Governing Law
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
