Dirty Coconut Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

2 parts Malibu Original

2 parts Cold Brew Concentrate

1 part Cream of Coconut

Optional: A splash of coconut water

Ice

Garnish: Pineapple wedge

60 ml Malibu Original

60 ml Cold Brew Concentrate

30 ml Cream of Coconut

Optional: A splash of coconut water

Ice

Garnish: Pineapple wedge

2 oz Malibu Original

2 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

1 oz Cream of Coconut

Optional: A splash of coconut water

Ice

Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Instructions

Pour everything into a shaker with ice
Shake then strain into a glass filled with ice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Tools you’ll need

Shaker
This is for mixing and chilling the ingredients for that classic Pina Colada texture. Our pro tip: you can also use a mason jar, thermos ,or any jar you have in your kitchen with a tight-fitting lid.

Jigger or Measuring Tool
Just like any cocktail, you’ll need this for measuring the exact amounts of ingredients per the recipe. You can also use a 1 oz / 30 ml shot glass for the measurements, we do it all the time.

Strainer
To keep the ice out of your drink when pouring, ensuring a smooth texture. If you’re using a jar, simply hold the lid close to the top when pouring to keep the ice out.

Glass
The classic way to serve this drink is in a hurricane glass, since it shows off the creamy texture. But it’s your drink, so any tall glass will do, as long as it fits all the ingredients with the ice.

Knife and Cutting Board
This is for slicing the pineapple for the garnish. Just be careful and make sure the board is dry when cutting to avoid any slippage.
