Malibu Black Bahama Mama Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 part Malibu Black

1 part Orange Juice

2 parts Pineapple Juice

1/2 parts Lime Juice

1/4 parts Grenadine

Crushed Ice

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

Garnish: Mint Sprig

50 ml Malibu Black

50 ml Orange Juice

100 ml Pineapple Juice

20 ml Lime Juice

ml Grenadine

1 oz Orange Juice

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/4 oz Grenadine

Instructions

Fill a highball or hurricane glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the Malibu Black, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine and stir gently.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig – and enjoy!

Glassware
We prefer using a highball glass, which is more masculine, or a hurricane glass, which is more fun! That said, you can use any glass you have in your kitchen, as long as it fits all the ingredients and the ice.

Jigger or measurement tool
This ensures we get the measurements for each ingredient just right, ensuring the correct balance of flavors. If you don’t have a pro one, just use a 30 ml / 1 parts shot glass instead.

Cocktail stirrer or long spoon
This is a stirred cocktail, so a spoon or stirrer with long handle is perfect for making sure you get all those delicious ingredients to blend perfectly.

Knife and cutting board
This is for slicing the pineapple garnish. Make sure you don’t use a blunt knife and ensure the cutting board is dry, so nothing slips. As always, be careful.
