The Bar

This is where the drink magic happens. Our own dedicated pro-level bar and kitchen allows us to update and refine our current recipes, create new drinks and cocktails, and explore new techniques to share tips and tricks with you. We’ve spent countless hours here fine-tuning and fidgeting over precise measurements, exact temperatures and correct ingredients. Making sure that we get each cocktail perfect. In fact, we like to think of it more like a lab than a bar.

Erik Nilsson

Bartender and Cocktail Expert

Erik is a world-class industry professional, bartender and leading mixologist in Sweden. With more than 15 years of cocktail making experience and competitive drinks making, his love for creating recipes and sharing his knowledge is evident in both the hundreds of drinks he’s invented and the countless seminars and workshops he’s hosted over the years.

Philosophy

“A bartender is nothing without knowledge. You need to know about your products which means having knowledge about the spirits you use as well as the other ingredients in order to be credible. When you have the right amount of knowledge, you can make the simple become incredible which for me is the end goal.”

Robin Abrahamsson is one of Sweden’s top bar managers and creative bartenders with over 15 years in the cocktail world. His dedication for creating top-quality drinks lists is a testament to his passion for sharing new recipes and tastes with his customers and readers alike.

“My approach to making drinks is a double-edged sword; by working sustainably and incredibly nerdy, I aim to remove any hurdles for the guest by bringing down industry terms to the guest’s level. My aim is to add a very playful touch to my presentations and menus by creating a theme that is fun, engaging and relatable.”

Stefan is a seasoned copywriter and cocktail enthusiast with a passion for writing, researching and sharing drink recipes and tips that democratize and simplify home-cocktail making.

Approach

“Every drink has a story. And many were created to serve a function. Whether it was simply masking the taste of some traditional spirits with sugar in the ‘30s or adding the flamboyance of colourful fruit during the cocktail movement in the ‘80s. To me, digging and finding those stories and sharing them with others, while researching new ways to modernise old, lost recipes, is just as important as their taste.”
