Paloma de Coco
The Paloma de Coco is a deliciously tantalizing cocktail that’s a delight for your taste buds. This sweet and tangy twist on the classic Paloma adds a shot of Malibu for that extra taste of coconutty sunshine. Add to that some tangy grapefruit flavor, the smoothness of Altos tequila, and a kick of spice from the Tajín® Clásico Seasoning. All mixed together in a striking, simple-to-make cocktail. Best enjoyed during outdoor summer sessions with friends.

1/2 parts Malibu Original
1 part Altos Plata Tequila
1/4 parts Lime juice
1/4 parts Agave Syrup
Splash of Grapefruit Soda
Rim: Tajín® Clásico Seasoning
Gaarnish: Grapefruit & Lime
Ice
25 ml Malibu Original
50 ml Altos Plata Tequila
10 ml Lime juice
10 ml Agave Syrup
Splash of Grapefruit Soda
Rim: Tajín® Clásico Seasoning
Gaarnish: Grapefruit & Lime

0.5 oz Malibu Original
0.5 oz Altos Plata Tequila
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Agave Syrup
Splash of Grapefruit Soda

Instructions
Fill a Tajín® Clásico Seasoning rimmed rocks glass with ice cubes
Pour in the Malibu Original, Altos Plata Tequila, lime juice and agave syrup
Stir well, then top with a splash of grapefruit soda
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a lime wedge, and enjoy!
